Keren Hashluchim, in conjunction with the Vaad of Merkos L’Inyonei Chinuch, is sponsoring 36 Sifrei Torah in honor of the Rebbe and the Rebbetzin.

Applications are open only to shluchim who do not yet have a Sefer Torah of their own. A goral to select recipients will be held on Chof Beis Shevat.

Details about the ksav, sofer, Sefer Torah options, and siyum will be furnished to the recipients after the goral has been made.
